I wish I had read more reviews before buying. The bristles are very soft for cleaning small milk teeth. However, she also instinctively chews when we try to brush her and some of the bristles fall out. She likes to chew on a pen, although she only has two teeth at the moment, so she hasn't chewed on any of them yet. So for now we're using it as a supervised teether. In theory, this product is very good - great grip and soft bristles. But I just wish it was more durable for a teething baby.
