It took me a few days to connect the app to the scale but it could be a problem with my wifi router and not the scale's fault . After restarting the router I was able to connect without any problems. I love that you can set up different profiles so I can share weights without compromising my weight tracking information. The LED display is bright and easy to read. The displayed weight is displayed once, blinks once, then there is a small animation and the weight appears for the last time. This is great for people with low vision (or if you forgot your glasses) as you can step off the scale and bend down to read the display before the displayed weight disappears. What I don't like: You step on the scale to spin it. on the. About 1 out of 3 times it records a very small weight like 2.4lbs instead of going back to 0 when I step off. Maybe I'm just too slow. In any case, I have to go into the application and remove the incorrect weight measurement. I'm not impressed with all the other health tracking information as it only seems to be rated based on my weight. But it's nice to see that all measurements tend to go down as I lose weight.
