Worked well at first. The iPad was a bit too heavy, so we always had to put our hand on the base before turning it over to face the customer (the iPad sits on top of the cash drawer, so there's no way to drill through the base). After six weeks the rotating part was so loose that we had to put a box of gloves underneath to support it. Tightening the screws does not help. I can't find any contacts to contact the manufacturer so I ordered another brand as a replacement and this one was about to be thrown away.
