April 2020 Update: After talking to the awesome folks at BASN I was able to find the best fitting foam ear tips which made these headphones great for me! Now they are much more comfortable. Thanks to this, I can also hear excellent sound quality. The customer service this company provides is outstanding. Previous review: They have excellent sound quality and good reviews for price and sound, but for me they are unsuitable and uncomfortable for more than 1 hour use. I usually have trouble finding good headphones that fit me. Even with the smallest tip I have a problem. I was hoping these would fit, but no. Another problem I've encountered is that the body of the devices in general is too big and unwieldy. I really wanted to like them, but they just don't work for me.
