Bought this table on March 22, 2020 for my only daughter. Purchased from OlympicWireless vendor. I am very impressed with this tablet as it is durable, brand new and in the original packaging. I ORDERED the same tablet on April 15, 2020 on the order screen. I didn't realize that the seller has now switched to Energy Electronics. The tablet I received was NOT the same. It was the same brand and size. However, it looked used. It was thinner and looked like a different model. It wasn't in the original packaging and the battery was completely dead and needed a 20 minute charge to even turn on. I love the original tablet that I received. I would return the tablet I received with the 2nd order. However, my daughter needs something for school ASAP as she is being homeschooled due to COVID-19.
