I understand this printer may be difficult for some people. The included software is pretty much useless. It locks instantly with most options. However, the printer drivers from the CD could be installed without any problems. I followed the included instructions to calibrate the printer by simply holding down the feed button and flipping the power switch. It took me 10 seconds to calibrate for the regular 4x6 labels I bought here. From that moment on it prints without any problems. I have one complaint. He loses the tag every time the door is opened. Since I don't have to open the door often, it's not that bad. It just annoyed me when I was doing the initial setup. Now that it's up and running I can print the label at any time and it prints in about a second. I can't ask for anything better. If anyone is interested, I printed labels for UPS and USPS via shippo with no problems.
