I bought this set of 2 locks in January for a trip to Thailand. While tuning the combo on one of them, I lost pressure on a tiny metal point on the side that needs to be held down while tuning. For this reason I could not set the combination. Setting all dials to 000 didn't help "reprogram" it and the lock was now locked permanently. A few months after my trip. I contacted Tarriss to explain what happened and if there was anything they could do to help me reset it. I received a very quick and friendly response from Kari, her VP of Accounts, and she was very willing to send me a new set of locks to replace the one I didn't install. I have never had such fast and friendly customer service in my life! Highly recommend Tarris. The lock I installed worked great and the customer service is EXCELLENT!
