We ordered these for my daughter's Halloween costume and they fit perfectly. The elastic held up well and she could wear them again if she wanted to. They ended about 2-3 inches above the ankle, which was normal because she wore black boots. Good quality, reasonable price, I will order more from the seller.

Cons
- Slightly small, good length but definitely not high waisted. Arrives just above my 8 year old pelvic bone.
