I'm too cowardly to wear eyelashes. I don't want higher running costs either. However, I love the dramatic look of lashes that pop. I've always loved Colossal Mascara. My eyes are very sensitive and they water a lot! I'm irritable and like to try different mascaras but most of them burn my eyes and make them water all the time. Not this one, but it's really wet when you put it on for the first time. It caused a mess in my eyes, which was frustrating after spending a lot of time with eyeshadow. So I started applying Colossal Base Coat and then using it on top. I get a great bold look without the wet mess! I notice that by the end of the workday it starts to peel off. I always wash my face as soon as I get home so it's not a big deal but if it's going to last longer than 10 hours I'd think twice.
