Good quality. Pretty easy. Not sealed but sufficient for IC (insulation contact) use. Installation is difficult where space is limited. I had to change the aperture to bring the light closer to the truss. If you are good with distance, it is very easy to use. 4 inch headlights (upgraded type) are easy to insert. The spikes on the mounts are very blunt and almost impossible to use. If you have the opportunity, sharpen the tips before installing them. Or don't plan to rely on it (I used normal screws anyway) The price is a little high, I think it's because of the shipping volume.
