I did not regret the purchase, everything is fine.

In general, I’m satisfied with the purchase, but it’s a pity that I had to do it in self-isolation - I would immediately reveal the marriage in the store and at least the grass wouldn’t grow there, but I would achieve a replacement, otherwise I’ll have to wait until the services more or less start working and there will be an opportunity to do the replacement.

  • My review will not be the first to complain about marriage problems: the wear sensor and the noise reduction control button do not work. The application for Android to the headphones constantly can not be picked up. There is no native indication of the charge level in the OS (only in the application). There is no voice signaling of the charge level - only the application and several LED indication modes. Difficulty with the exchange under warranty - even on the manufacturer's website it is indicated that the store cannot make a replacement itself, only with a piece of paper from the service center certifying the marriage. There is a suspicion that the cost is strictly regulated by the manufacturer or distributor - quite a lot of stores sell headphones, but the price tag is identical in all. The sound sometimes switches between 2 sources not too adequately and, for example, after a notification from the phone, the headphones do not immediately switch back to another source; You have to constantly disable the BT A2DP profile from the phone so that notifications only come from the laptop. I hope they fix it sooner or later. The firmware is ated very slowly through the application, and it constantly closes in the background, so you have to spend all the time ating in the headphone application. Already the 2nd copy (changed under warranty) began to work disgustingly as a headset - I can hear very badly. The ear cushions of these headphones are consumables and begin to disperse along the adhesive seam after a few months. Why can't you buy a replacement in the 2022 (I had to order from England).
