An excellent product that has replaced two one-ear-hangers from the same company. There is one big problem - the assembly. shish. The drill holes in the main assembly are too small for the supplied screws. You basically have to tap the screw hole yourself with a lot of force to get the screws in. And because you're cutting into new metal, it's very difficult, impossible to get the screws straight in. Also, the only picture on the box (no instructions) is WRONG. The section where the headphones hang is on top of the part that attaches to the tabletop. Otherwise, why would the screw holes be milled (countersunk) so that the screw heads are flush with the metal? Thus, the final product requires much labor and is not aesthetically pleasing. But anyway, you don't see the screw heads when it's mounted under the table top. Makes me mad. inexplicably. But after all this work, this product is functional and reliable. Better quality control is appreciated.
