Review on 👀 Blinc Lash Primer - Clear 0.23 oz by Shari Smith

I don't know why I tried again. I think I thought the dry, lumpy, clay-like mass I last used with a brush a year ago must have been an accident. No, the product was again too thick for my lashes to fit through the brush. I tried to take my fingers and wipe it off and then rub it into my lashes. Bad plan, it was clumpy, thick and definitely couldn't be put on with mascara over it. I thought I apply it at night, it helps set my lashes in order - no, after a week there is no change. I love Blinc Amplified Mascara but this one was terrible.
