This is by far the prettiest and best designed wireless charger I have seen. Unfortunately, due to MagSafe (read: magnets) built into the new iPhone 12 models, there is an intermittent charging issue when attempting to charge the phone. It will charge for a short time and then suddenly stop. It wasn't until I read the manual that I saw that it doesn't work well with devices that have magnets on the back. I love this product and am disappointed I can't find anything better. Just crossing my fingers and hoping they come out with a new 12 compatible version. I give five stars because I can say this is a quality product even if it doesn't meet my needs.
