Great customer service
I had a few pushbuttons where the rubber button had worn off. Sado tech support promptly contacted me and followed up with replacement buttons. Nice product but the rubber membrane button needs to be reworked. I would recommend this product.

- The CROSSPOINT Model ET remote transmitter button is only compatible with CROSSPOINT brand wireless doorbell alert systems, limiting its usefulness if you have a different brand of doorbell
