My first time doing miniature, I have to say it is a very very fun activity for stress relief. As the pictures I took, I would say quality of material isn't as bad as what other reviewers said. Nothing is missing, nothing is broke. It is a pretty set and all furnitures look fantastic to me. However, the star that I took away was due to both biggest side pieces was bended, which lead to some inaccurate position. Like the stair case and the glasses has a hugeee gap in between. It didn't cause big problem but definitely is a point off for me as a perfectionist. I would still recommend this items, in fact I am interested in getting another miniatures in a short feature.

- The assembly process requires patience and meticulousness, which may not be suitable for individuals who prefer quick and easy projects
