Used, in opened box sealed with tape. I wanted to try it until I saw the camera from behind. Called Revain to get a refund and let them know what happened. After two phone calls and an interview with a manager, I was treated fairly. I was told to either keep the watch or give it away or throw it away. I decided to check if it really works. This product is garbage. Blood pressure is off, temperature is off and the heart rate function doesn't work either. The only thing this watch can be useful for is tracking your steps, and that's if it's accurate. Don't waste your time or money.
