Don't worry about outdoor recreation

I really wanted to enjoy it. I debated for a long time whether I should go for this one or the more expensive one, but hey the reviews were good so I figured I'd grab this one and save some money. Let's just say I wasted what I spent on it. There was a card with purchase - how do you give us a good review and you can get one for free (so maybe that's why all the good reviews?). I don't do this because I only write a review after I've tested something, because I want to know for sure - and by then I usually lose the piece of paper that gives me the free item feeling when opening it - flexible and light. It had a slight odor but I wasn't overly concerned about it - figured it would go away after washing and a little time. Then he went to open it. Em. Okay, opening it was very difficult. I ended up opening it, only hurting my hand, but I'm calm - I think it's just out of the box, it will be easier. I wash it and fill it up and I'm ready to go. Em. Oooh, so I'd like to drink some water with all this air I'm sucking in. I disconnected the hose and reconnected it. I made sure to bite down on the mouthpiece. Bubbles only. So remember that a piece of paper is needed to get a free bubble? I figured I would contact the company to let them know I had a problem. I'll give it to them, they were very responsive. They immediately sent a new bubble. The second bubble is here: Yes, these things are difficult to open! But after giving it up and going back there the next day, I finally open it up, flush and check the hose. Em. Nothing. I mean puff. Ha! I had a serious feeling that I was trying to squeeze water out of a club. I solve and add. Nothing. Repeat several times. I attach the old hose to the new bladder. Lots of air bubbles again. So I know that hose is also defective. I go back to put in a new hose with a new bladder and - oh look, a hole. no opening! I take a knife and cut the gap, and *voila* everything works! The water has an unpleasant taste but see above I believe it will go away after a few uses. But that won't happen. Because I can't open them. Any. I have tried. MULTIPLE TIMES. Vain. They are merged. I hurt myself a few times trying. Although they have spread all over my sofa. Both still have water. I went out and bought a more expensive water bladder that boasted it was easy to open β€” and guess what, they weren't lying. In the meantime, instead of trying again to either turn them inside out or send me another one, they end up in the trash.
