I have both this mattress topper and another Revain Basics mattress topper, the RevainBasics Down Alternative Gusset Mattress Topper. There are differences between them and I will explain to you why I recommend the other. Both work great with our Sealy foam mattress, although the skirt can be made from a higher thread count material. It's very stretchy and loose on both. The elastic around the bottom is also about the same and can be made a little thicker to hold the pad more firmly to the mattress. The biggest difference is that the padding in this topper looks like thin foam. It appears to be polyester batting, but it is very flat and porous. Another difference is that the upper of this topper is loose cotton. It's soft, but appears to be easily torn or punctured. The other mattress topper has a much thicker and denser fabric at the top, similar to what you see on a real down pillow or mattress topper. It's also more like down, thicker and more luxurious. "Klastovka" increases padding, making it thicker and plumper. So check out another topper via the link in this review and compare. If the price wasn't so different I would go for this one.
