Purchased for use with an RJ45 splitter that allows me to run two router port wires through a single existing Category 5 wire in the wall. After everything worked for me, I wanted to clean the cable management. I needed shorter Cat6 patch cords instead of the old 3 foot Cat5/Cat6 cords. These 1 foot jumper wires worked and made it easy to manage the wires. It would have been nice if there was a two different color pack but these regular blues work well and lock in securely.
