
The product has been used for 8 days and the battery no longer holds a charge. Support offerings have not been effective and the vendor has no repair or replacement policy. Terrible selection of vendors, I'll bypass them from now on. Found two problems: broken power cord/transformer and cheap, battery takes almost a day to charge! Since the battery is not usable, I have to return it or live with it. Don't really think the problem won't be with the new device or worse. The biting bullet is here, the hassle with the unknown is not worth the hassle.
