I was concerned if they would hold the flat bottomed sinks properly or not. They do. Not as tight as regular V bottoms but they still hold them. I place the taco holder on a paper plate, load the shells with roast beans, meat, and cheese, and place them in the holder on the go. After heating and removing the loaded plate from the microwave, the tacos are ready to be loaded with whatever you want to put inside. I have never put it in the dishwasher, it cleans easily by hand.
