Maybe I had unrealistic expectations. I thought it would be like the photo on the web but instead each pair of earrings came in a separate bag which I had to open and then place the earrings on to two small plastic cards to hold them. I ended up buying a separate earring holder to put the earrings in as a gift, so it was really a nice gift. There is very little gift wrapping, but the earrings themselves are very cute. One downside to the earrings would be that the posts are very long so it is necessary for my 8 year old granddaughter to put a safety piece on the end so she doesn't get stung (luckily they were included).
