Without strainer/filter or instructions. It was easy enough to put together anyway and I just used my old filter. It has the most penetrating flow I have ever experienced from a shower head. The holder is made of plastic. The parameters do not match. It is all supplied open ended including the tube and wall plate (although I left the originals in place. The pattern is very good. The massage setting spins too quickly but is still effective for the neck and shoulders. Overall happy with purchase, I was going to give it 4.5 stars but I'll just bump it up to 5.
