I ordered a XL. The first few days I just wore it for about 2-3 hours, then I extended it for 4-6 hours. I've had it now for 2 weeks and it's real comfortable. I had to initially get use to the zipper opening to use the bathroom but other than that. I really like this shaper. When Itake it off, I leave all the hooks in the front connected together except for the top two, that makes it easier for me taking it off/on.
