Took car to Ford dealer for troubleshooting and found engine coolant bypass valve. It was Valve's fault. They quoted me a price of $336.00 for parts and labor which included the cost of rebuilding the fluid. OMG so after I came and put my composer together it was my turn and ordered this part BM5Z-18495-C HVAC Heater Control Valve and did the installation myself and that's how I did it. #1 let the car sit overnight (allowing the engine coolant level to go down) and no more than a cup of antifreeze spills out (you'll lose some) #2.tie the hoses with zip ties near the valve so you have room to remove the Main hose leading to valve #3. Use a hose clamp tool to remove the "constant pressure clamp". This is difficult without these pliers, but possible without them. #4 Fix this hose as high in the air as possible to avoid coolant leakage and (air gap) on your system #5 Remove the connector, you will need a small screwdriver (flat blade) to push the mount. 2. 8mm screws (they are long), you need a turning tool with your head. Note that your new part must be ready to run as you will lose coolant once you remove the old #6 valve. Install it in reverse order and otherwise use common sense (add fluid, check for leaks, run heater, check for no heat due to air in the system and the last part pocketed the $300 you saved by doing have done it yourself.
