I don't usually write reviews. However, I had to. I've been dehydrated for quite some time. Neither water nor Gatorade nor Pedialyte could help me. To the point where I felt soaked and not thirsty that I wanted to go to the ER to get an IV. I read the reviews of this product and decided to give it a try (my son is a training animal and adventurer and suggested something like this. However, it's different and doesn't contain any vitamins). I received it today and tried it. . I'LL TELL YOU! About 20 minutes after consumption. My brain fog cleared. I felt that there was still life in me. I think I even have a little bounce in my crotch! lol My body feels unaffected and feels healthy. And the fact that it contains all the essential B vitamins and vitamin C was a HUGE bonus that drew me to it. You won't find it in the Gatorade or in the water. Passion fruit is really good. The taste is wonderful. It's not chalky or overly salty considering it contains 500mg of sodium. And with 170 mg of potassium, that's another bonus you won't find in sports drinks. People may assume that the sodium and sugar content (only 11 grams) is high. But actually, your body needs a complete balance of everything in this product in order for your body to balance itself out quickly. This is the same as an intravenous drip. For people who are slightly dehydrated, exercise or had too much to drink the night before (not tested yet but sure it will help haha) this is the product you need. I feel 200% better after one stick in 16 ounces of water than I did an hour ago. It's really amazing and I plan on buying more to have on hand. Another bonus: it's safe for kids, consume as much as you want (of course I don't want to be too sodium bloated), and they pay up front to help others in countries with terrible dehydration. Good product. I really recommend it!
