I wear men's US 10 wide and all shoes are the same size. I've read other reviews and seen people recommend getting half a size down to keep them on foot. I do not agree. If you wear a size 10, go for a size 10. They were instantly comfortable and I wore them for 24 hours straight. Not the slightest bit of discomfort and the insole is wonderful.
