I bought it hoping it would help my daughter cure her flat feet but it's too thick, looks very uncomfortable, my baby chin is resting of her chest and is unsure huh did a lot to shape her head or just used it while awake to keep an eye on her, didn't use it but maybe after a few weeks break and her usually rolls away, probably due to the fact that she was uncomfortable. In addition, as soon as your baby starts crawling and rolling over, he will sleep on his side, his head will be rounded without such pillows, in my opinion I am not a doctor, but my pediatrician told me so. So don't worry mums and dads, everything will work out. There are other routes you can take but it will be expensive.
