Review on CougarMotor Xenon Headlight Replacement Bulbs by Vince Preston

A few weeks ago one of my headlights went out. After looking around and seeing prices for D1S bulbs ranging from $20 to $99, I came across this based on the ratings in the reviews. 2 HID for $28 with a 4/5 star rating so I figured why not. I drive a CTS so to replace the headlights I had to remove the entire bumper and take out each headlight individually to replace the HID. It took me 3 hours to put everything back together. The headlights looked great while they lasted. I ordered the product about 3 weeks ago, one of the headlights just failed. I rarely drive at night, HID probably has around 4 hours. Note that when replacing the lamp, never touch it with gloves. I've seen they offer a 2 year warranty but have only asked for a refund, don't seem to know how long the replacement will take and don't want to take my bumper off every month just to replace the HID. If your car is easy to get to and you can change your headlights quickly I'd say go for it, but just know that they won't last the two years they're guaranteed to last.
