Good quality material and comfortable. Only criticism is the opening for the waist stretch band. The opening is cut and assembled to face toward the front and is located directly beneath the second belt loop. This creates an issue each time I start to thread my belt into the pants as it ALWAYS wants to go into the pocket for the stretch band instead of the belt loop. Adjusting the pocket for the stretch band back or forward further would help to prevent the issue. Other than that these are great pants for the price.
