We have been using this for almost 5 years now with great benefits. Very user friendly so no issues at all. If you are thinking of just jumping into this solution do your homework before jumping. Do proper research about benefits and how its used in other industries. There isn't much but when we had some issues with the product they fixed them up right away. They did not charge us for any upgrades which was awesome for us. It has been a huge help in finding talent for our team. This will be the one stop shop for us now.
