I like that it is easy to use, the customer service has been excellent! It makes managing my inventory much easier than having multiple spreadsheets or programs open at once. The only thing about this program so far is how slow their internet can be when using certain functions (inventory management). Make sure they have fast enough Internet for what you are doing in order to make everything work well together. We were able to centralize our information into one place instead of searching through different places trying to find each other's info.
