I sit at my computer all day at work. I usually leave work with a slight headache and feeling tired. Surprisingly, these glasses helped reduce everything on day one. I wear them for a few days and they really make a difference. No more headaches at the end of the day. Also, the +1.0 magnification is pretty soft, so I can still see distant things with little distortion. I always have to remove my regular reading glasses to see clearly beyond 18 inches, so that's a bonus for me.
