The support team is great, they are always willing to help out with any questions you have. If there's something wrong in your system it can take weeks before someone from CS actually gets back to you. But once I did get an answer it was usually quick and helpful. I don't really like how complicated their interface is (it's not intuitive at all) but that may be my fault as well since we had no prior experience using this software. We use cargo server for our warehouse management so that clients can track shipments through multiple warehouses.
