First of all I have to say that I am very surprised by all the rave reviews. I rely on research and reviews when buying products, and this time they failed me. I've been looking for jewelry boxes/organizers for over a week and there were 6 in my shopping cart. Narrowed it down and chose this one due to the size and variety of compartments and because it was locked. It was a required feature. I was so excited when it arrived today. At first I was impressed. The color was nice and I liked the size. Those were the positives. It was locked and the key was nowhere to be found. I checked every box and surface. There is no key. However, as soon as I lifted it just a little, all the boxes fell out. Except for the top one who seems to be the only one locking! This was NOT in the product information, which I read several times. Drawers cost nothing to fall out. If they had decorations they would all be on the floor! And forget to take it anywhere. I also needed to keep my jewelry safe, not just the items in the top drawer. It has so much potential and it's a shame that small things that can be fixed keep it from being the perfect jewelry box. Even if he had the key, the loose drawers wouldn't let me keep it. Let's get back to my research. I will ensure my next selection is fully blocked and untouched. All in all I am very disappointed.
