Review on 🔌 Enhance Trailer Connectivity with Conntek 7 Way Inline Trailer Extension by Frank Tyrance

Cable does not work, company does not respond. Is it possible that this only works with fifth wheels (difference in wiring?) and not with my trailer? I have a landscape trailer with the same 7 pin plug. It looks like a really strong cable. I bought this because the location of the plug on my SUV and the length of the cord on my trailer causes the original cord to be taut when turning. I bought it before I really needed it and was thrilled when I finally got to use it for the first time, but it didn't work. I put the cable aside and used a different vehicle. I remembered this a while ago and tried it on another vehicle but I am not getting any light on my trailer when using this cable. In the last 2 months I have contacted the manufacturer twice via email and once via voicemail. They didn't answer at all. Their website says they have a 5 year guarantee. I've had mine for about a year and don't need it. Will Conntek reply?
