From time to time things happen. I received these bottle cages quickly but one of the cages was broken. The "wings" were too close together making it too tight to insert/remove the bottle. I sent a message to 50 Strong. Later that day I received a reply that they would replace the broken bottle cage with no questions asked. What I received just two days later was a package containing not just one, but two bottle cages and two bottles, along with a handwritten note from a customer service representative processing a later apology for the problem! That, my friends, is called customer service!
