The conical shape is the main advantage of these products. While the material isn't as soft as the supposedly premium brand Bam-boobies, the flat shape of the Bam-boobies is frankly ridiculous for something that claims to be a premium product. On the other hand, their shape actually wraps around your nipples, helping them shrink and slip less in your bra. They are quite soft and more comfortable for irritated nipples than disposables. They're easy to clean and hold their shape wash after wash, and a free laundry bag is a very nice touch. I also like the amount you get for the price because I can change them several times a day if they get a little wet and I never run out of laundry until the next load. I've never had a leak either. Their customer service is also excellent. I would give half a star just knowing that bam boobies are soft in the world so there is tiny room for improvement - if they were that soft they would be absolutely perfect. At the moment I believe this is the best choice on the market, especially for the price.
