Delivery took a while but it was worth the wait. The product was packed in a cardboard box without folds. I bought 31 x 22 as the base of my closet is only 32 inches (so measure the base). The mat is easy to insert into the bottom of the closet by slightly bending it and inserting it into the closet. The carpet fits perfectly under all main drains and water pipes. I wish I had ordered it a few years ago. It would have saved me a lot of messy cleaning over the years. Even if I had new cabinets, I would definitely recommend keeping your new cabinet body. FYI, all of my plumbing and drains run into my wall, so I don't have any recommendations for pipes going through the bottom of the closet, and I didn't have to cut or modify the carpet in any way.
