I collect these heart shaped massage stones because I arrange them in little baskets with different stones around the house because they look like hearts. I have used it to massage the lower part of the head, neck and shoulders and it works very well. You can search the internet for techniques, but they're pretty obvious and you just press them firmly against your skin and slide them over it. I felt like this was releasing energy blockages, so I know it's working. Didn't know they were made out of stainless steel or anything other than stone so it was nice to get this as it's a similar color to hematite. Comes in a beautiful gift box and is simply a one-of-a-kind massage stone. If you drop it, you don't have to worry about it breaking in half as the carved stones are quite brittle and not very forgiving if you're clumsy. Happy with it and appreciate it.
