Review on πŸ’ͺ Hydralyte Electrolyte Hydration Powder Packets - Energy Boost with Natural Caffeine: Green Tea, B12 & B6 Vitamins, Vitamin C & Zinc by Jennifer Roberts

Some good ingredients, but not great flavor Diluted over 8 ounces

These Hydralyte Energy Boost Lemon Lime Sachets fit. They're not my favorite flavor-wise, but I think they're the only electrolyte packs I currently have that contain caffeine. I need to stop drinking so much coffee so I appreciate the added caffeine and vitamins B12 and B6. -Have 20 easy-to-tear convenience packs -Packs come in a resealable pouch -Only 3g of sugar per pack, Stevia is also included as a sugar substitute - easy to mix. It seems to fizz a little before completely dissolving. Produced in Switzerland. See my photos for more supplement facts. But how does it taste? In my opinion, the taste is either good or just bearable, depending on how much water you mix. The directions say to mix with 7 ounces of water. To be honest, this crowd struck me as a bit strange. Many other electrolyte powders I have tried say they are mixed in 16-20 oz. Even when they're not, I always like to mix a sachet into my 32-ounce bottle and they taste really great diluted like this. I love the taste of this powder when mixed with about 7-8 ounces of water. It doesn't have that aromatic or sweet taste when mixed at 16-32 oz. This is important to me because I use this type of powder to help me drink more water as I'm bad at drinking enough when it's easy. ounce It is tolerable when diluted so much, but not pleasant. Another thing I want to mention is that many of my other electrolyte drinks have ingredients like organic lemon powder, orange juice concentrate, or watermelon powder. It says "natural lemon and lime flavoring" which leads me to believe it doesn't contain real lemon and lime powder. Overall, this Hydralyte powder isn't bad, but it's not very valuable to me for the reasons I've mentioned. If you like facts about supplements, are happy with the price, and want to mix with just 7-8 ounces of water as a "coffee substitute" then you might really like this product. I hope my review was helpful in some way. and if so, I'd like to know - thanks!
