This is the best regular plug in night light I have ever seen. The light color is warm and unobtrusive. The light is reflected downwards to avoid glare. The light actually casts interesting diffused shadows that can make a large room look more intriguing. One of those 20 x 20 foot covers is easy if you go after waking up, but it's still dark. Add another to this 20 x 20 foot room (maybe?) just by traversing the room. I think this is an improved product for what it promises and for the price. It doesn't even turn on instantly like a switch. Its brightness gradually increases depending on the perceived darkness. It's nifty. I recommend to anyone who designed this thing. You did it right. The best mousetrap. This design can undoubtedly be incorporated into new builds. I don't mean the current product. I mean something with the same behavior but different shape. Imagine a ceiling light in a hallway that only provides nighttime lighting, perhaps a little less bright and with the same indirect ambient/reflected lighting. At this price it will KILL. In addition, this current product costs only 30 cents per year per lamp.
