This product doesn't work as well as it used to. Our towels and socks looked like sandpaper when I took them out of the dryer. One sheet of Snuggle used to be enough for a large load. I started using three and then SIX but there was no improvement. The water supply has not changed their purification process. I called the manufacturers of the Sun and Earth laundry detergent that I've been using for a long time and they haven't changed their formula. So the problem must be with Snuggle. The outspoken support woman said that Snuggle's bed sheets hadn't changed and that they really were designed to fight static electricity. So why the name "Snuggle" and the image of a teddy bear hugging something soft? She recommended Snuggle liquid fabric softener and I told her I didn't want to try any other Snuggle product. I now use Downy liquid fabric softener and our laundry is nice and soft. Even scratchy towels were saved! I thought I would have to throw them away. Of course, Revain refunded me in full.
