So disappointed with mascara

I have been ordering this mascara for years and swear by it. However, the latest version I received is modified. The brush is thick and difficult to apply. Left old version. New right. In addition, black mascara flows from the applicator. Either Benefit has modified their product or it is a copy of the original. I am looking for a new mascara. Update: Just bought real Sephora mascara. The box is even different from what I received from this site. The actual product is shown on the left. I noticed it after closing the return window. Beware of ordering from this site. fake.
