Get a larger size! in my opinion
So just want to make sure you get the larger size. I'm size 38 and had to order size 44. Size 42 is enough if you don't use a belt for IWB. If you don't know what it is, you can take size 42. I will use it for IWB and I need it. extra length. So far the belt looks great.
