Technically, I think it should be long underwear, but I wear them like leggings. These are without a doubt my new favorite leggings that I have. (And I have lots of them) They are so comfy! On the outside they are very smooth and slim. They are tight but cause no discomfort. They soak up all my buns and hide my cellulite well. They also rise above my belly button so they pull my stomach in nicely. The inside of these leggings is lined with some kind of fleece-like material that helps insulate my feet from the cold. We have a polar vortex front where I live and this week the temperature has been in the teens. I wore them every day. They're great for lounging around at home, but also look good enough to wear in public. I will buy another pair in the future. I think the size might be a bit small but not much to write about. I highly recommend it!
