Review on 🎧 Bluedio Bluetooth 5.0 Headphones Over Ear, Wireless and Wired Stereo Earphones Noise Cancelling Headsets with Microphone - White by Phillip Samuel

They were originally great with very good sound quality and easy to use (that still holds true) but one of the plastic size adjusters broke so I have to hold this side all the way to wear them, also on closer inspection i see a lot of micro cracks on both sides, the construction seemed good and before that they were relatively strong, they fit well on your head so they get a bit uncomfortable after a few hours but they are great for mowing because they stay (which is why i bought them), i have a very rough garden so they should work fine for anyone who wants to use them for mowing, for now i still recommend them to others. I haven't figured out how to contact the seller about this yet but I will, hopefully they take care of this issue for me, if so I will post an update and change my rating back to 5 stars instead of 3. Update: after about 10 emails between me and bluedio. I concluded that my broken headset would not be replaced. I gave them my order number and whatever they asked for and nothing they claim they can't find my order. In the last email I sent them I clearly stated that I am not satisfied with their product or customer service and would like to change my good rating to a bad one, that's it. Do not buy this product. They email you and try to be friendly but they don't help or fix the situation. Looks like I'll have to look elsewhere for a bluetooth headset that doesn't break and if so the support will really help me. I hope my review puts you off buying this because if they don't help customers by replacing their broken $35 headset I will make them lose more than it would cost to get it repair by losing potential customers. Customer service is everything and Bluedio clearly lacks that department and quality department.
