The printer itself is well built. Features a stable frame, 2 z stepper motors, 4 z guide rods and linear guides for the x and y axes. The bad news is that it runs on an MKS 1.1 or 1.2 Robin Nano board. The supplied firmware is very limited. If you want to fire Marlin at it, you're in for a fight. There are very few versions of the Marlin firmware for this printer and they contain bugs. Well, if you are a good programmer, you may be fine. It consists of standard Chinese components. I plugged mine in and the hot end fan bearings were bad. I contacted the manufacturer several times through their website and they never responded. I went on Facebook and asked about replacing the fan. I was told to contact the seller I bought it from. I replied that I bought it through Amazon. Then I got no answer. Other customers have reported that they have had similar quality issues and have had inquiries going unanswered or have been waiting for parts for months. So if you buy this printer, just think of it as a no-warranty starter kit and you need to invest more money in it right away. Right now I'm bringing this back and deciding to build my own printer. If I need to fix this printer right away, I could start from scratch and save some money. I just got this email from the company. Message from the Creativity3DP seller: Dear customer, may I know why you returned our 3D printer? Has our 3D printer broken? If yes, you need to send the money back to us. Did I break your printer? Do I owe them money? I hope they use the Chinese to English translator very badly. My advice. Stay away. Far far away.
