I bought this to line my Helmer's drawers. I use it to store my nail polish collection, but the metal drawers are so slippery that the bottles slide and bump into each other. I wanted a non-stick liner because I didn't want to damage the paintwork. It's perfect because it lays flat in crates with no glue and the material keeps the bottles from shifting, but it doesn't cushion like some soft ones so the bottles don't tip over. That's exactly what I need. I also like that it's transparent so the color still shows through.
